Digitizing Customer experience and new business model

Textiles business was severely impacted during lockdown. Traditionally dealers used to buy fabric by having look at fabric / quality physically. we are also into retail segment (linen club), which got impacted due to lockdown and weekly lockdowns, this forces us to provide digital channels to our customer and we leveraged digital platform such as Digital Swatch book, digital trade shows integrated with QR based booking, virtual tours and E-commerce platform ( supported ~ 0.75% increase in revenue through digital intervention.
